awarded projects quarry park - rock face 1st price, design ideas competition. yim tak on awarded projects Planning Department, HKSAR 1st price, design ideas competition awarded projects quarry park - rock face 1st price, design ideas competition awarded projects quarry park - rock face 1st price, design ideas competition concept awarded projects quarry park - rock face 1st price, design ideas competition The project “Youth Eco-Housing @ Anderson Road Ex-Quarry”, which took place at the rock face at Anderson Road, was awarded 1st runners-up in the competition organized by the Planning Department. It investigated an alternative approach for dwelling design by considering the inclining rock face as “ground”. The dwellings and communal facilities were creatively projecting from the mountain, leaving circulation spaces against the rock face.
