This project is to build a Academy Center of Cantonese Opera, there are Art Centre, Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts (APA), and The Hong Kong Planning Planning Department also planned to building an Visual Art Centre near by the site, there is a potential to have a linkage to other art buildings, to create an art zone.
