Urban planning, design, development, regeneration and conservation

Mr. Tang is a qualified professional town planner with over 30 years of urban planning and development experience in both Singapore and Hong Kong.

In Singapore, he worked for Housing and Development Board (HDB) in public housing redevelopment and new town master planning. In Hong Kong, he had worked for the former Land Development Corporation since its establishment in 1988 to its transformation to Urban Renewal Authority (URA) until 2017. During the period, he has been involved in a number of comprehensive district renewal studies and implementation of many significant urban renewal projects including Vision City in Tsuen Wan, Langham Place in Mong Kok and Kwun Tong Town Centre which is the largest urban redevelopment project ever undertaken in Hong Kong
